Aerospace Communities Alliance

A new brand identity was designed after the development of a brief with marketing consultant, Essential Marketing Solutions. This was approved by the Aerospace Communities Alliance, made up of local authorities, partners and businesses across the UK, including aerospace ‘giants’ Rolls-Royce and Airbus.

The main role of the alliance is to advise, support and encourage government action on aerospace issues with the objective of maximising benefits within the sector, which directly employs over 100,000 workers across the UK.

The new brand identity is based on the elegant forms and shapes of jet engine blades to symbolise the aeronautical theme and is accompanied by a logotype based on a modern typeface to suggest technological progression.

A range of promotional materials were designed and produced including: invitations for the launch at the Houses of Parliament; prospectus; postcards and exhibition banners.
