After successfully designing and implementing a new brand identity for wood coating specialist, Morrells, we developed a series of related sub-brands to utilise a mnemonic ‘o’ within their titles, featuring an eye-catching ‘brow’ as a representation of a coating.
Subsequently, as part of overhauling their communication materials, we were asked to originate press advertising campaigns for their leading products; induro® for floors, and omnia® for joinery. The overall objective was to persuade architects to specify these products so that contractors were encouraged to use them from the outset.
With the majority of Morrells product base being made in Stockport, we decided to visually communicate its positioning as a proud UK manufacturer. This also lead to the development of a ‘buy UK, reduce CO2’ mark – highlighting its brand values as an environmentally responsible company.
To improve sales across its network of trade branches we designed a series of packaging solutions to also sell online at Morrells newly designed website.Other projects
